Wild Pages Collective – AI Usage Policy
Effective Date: 24 July 2025
Last Updated: 24 July 2025
At Wild Pages Collective, we are committed to transparency, trust, and responsible innovation. This AI Usage Policy explains how we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the course of delivering our services, and how that may impact our clients, potential clients, website visitors, and social media followers.
1. How We Use AI
We may use AI-based tools to support or enhance aspects of our business, including but not limited to:
-
Content creation (e.g. sales pages, blogs, email sequences, captions)
-
Creation of images and illustrations (e.g. mockups, promotional visuals, colouring pages)
-
Idea generation and market research
-
Customer support or communication (e.g. auto-replies, suggested answers)
-
Internal productivity tasks (e.g. summaries, checklists, scheduling, admin)
All AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by a human before being shared with clients, customers, or the public — unless clearly stated otherwise.
2. AI and Personal Data
We will never knowingly input sensitive or personally identifiable client data into public AI platforms.
All personal data processed using AI tools is handled in line with GDPR and UK data protection laws.
Specifically, we:
-
Limit data shared with external processors
-
Ensure AI tools are subject to appropriate data protection agreements
-
Do not use AI to make fully automated decisions that have legal or significant effects without human input

3. Transparency and Responsibility
AI supports our creativity and productivity, but we take full responsibility for all content and deliverables produced under the Wild Pages Collective brand.
If AI has been used to create or enhance part of a deliverable (such as an image or caption), we will disclose this when appropriate or when legally required to do so.
4. Limitations of AI Use
AI-generated content may occasionally contain outdated information, inaccuracies, or lack context. While we aim for high-quality, human-reviewed outputs, we encourage you to use your own judgment and verify anything important before relying on it.
5. Your Rights and Choices
If you would prefer that we do not use AI tools in relation to your project or data, please let us know at the time of purchase or engagement. We’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. If AI is an essential part of the service delivery, we will notify you.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this AI Usage Policy to reflect changes in our business, the law, or technology. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
